Product description
PEEK Tubes are supplied as semi-finished stock for ring-shaped or cylindrical machined components. Tube stock can reduce material loss compared with machining large bores from solid rod when the finished part has a central opening.
Typical application fit
Suitable applications include sealing rings, valve seats, bushings, sleeves, pump parts, chromatography components, fluid-system supports and high-temperature insulating spacers. Material grade selection depends on the required wear behavior, pressure, chemical exposure and machining tolerance.
Information needed for quotation
Please provide outer diameter, inner diameter, length, grade, quantity, color and destination. If the tube will be machined into a finished ring or sleeve, attach a drawing so that cutting allowance and stock choice can be reviewed.
