Product description
PEEK Rods are semi-finished shapes intended for CNC machining, prototype builds and low-volume precision components. Rods give engineers a flexible route to produce small batches without opening an injection mold while retaining the heat, chemical and mechanical advantages of PEEK.
Typical application fit
Common machined parts include bushings, bearings, seal rings, valve seats, rollers, insulators, fasteners and high-temperature fixtures. Natural, black and reinforced grades can be discussed depending on the required stiffness, wear behavior, color and dimensional stability.

Please email rod diameter, length, material grade, color, quantity, cut-to-size requirements and destination. If you have a finished component drawing, include it so that machining allowance and material selection can be reviewed together.
