PEEK CF30 Sheets are carbon-fiber reinforced semi-finished plates used when machined parts require higher stiffness, lower creep and improved dimensional stability compared with unfilled PEEK. The grade is generally black and is selected for demanding fixtures and mechanical components.
Typical application fit
Common applications include semiconductor handling fixtures, precision brackets, wear plates, tooling components, aerospace jigs, bearing-adjacent parts and high-load industrial machine components. Electrical behavior and surface finish should be checked during selection because carbon reinforcement changes the material profile.
