PEEK GF30 Glass Fiber Reinforced Granules are designed for molded parts that require higher stiffness, improved creep resistance and more stable dimensions under heat and load than unfilled PEEK. The glass-fiber reinforcement makes this grade family attractive for structural and insulating components where rigidity is more important than maximum impact toughness.
Typical application fit
Typical enquiries include electrical connectors, cable sleeves, switch components, semiconductor fixtures, high-temperature brackets, precision supports and load-bearing molded parts. For sliding applications, mating-surface compatibility should be reviewed because glass fiber can increase abrasion against softer counter materials.
