PEEK CF30 Carbon Fiber Reinforced Granules provide a high-stiffness option for applications that need stronger mechanical performance, lower creep and better heat dissipation than unfilled PEEK. The material is typically reviewed for parts where dimensional stability and load-bearing performance are critical.
Typical application fit
Common projects include precision structural parts, robotic end-effectors, bearing-adjacent components, semiconductor tooling, aerospace brackets, high-temperature fixtures and mechanical parts that benefit from a carbon-reinforced engineering resin. Carbon fiber grades are normally black and should be evaluated against electrical and surface requirements.
